GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
The hotel “El Conquistador Resort & Spa” is approximately a 50-minute car ride from the San Juan Muñoz International Airport
ARRIVALS:
Transportation from the airport to the Hotel El Conquistador IS included in the event “Registration Fee” in the following circumstances:
- If your arrival is August 4. The process for transportation to the hotel is as follows: Upon your arrival to Puerto Rico, please proceed to Baggage Claim and look for personnel holding a sign with the SAP logo displayed. These persons will direct you where to go. Additionally, there will be two booths labeled “Hotel El Conquistador”: one in the Baggage Claim area and the other one outside the Baggage Claim area, where you can go, identify yourself as a hotel guest, and they too will indicate where to proceed for transportation to the hotel. A shuttle bus to the hotel leaves this area every 20 minutes.
- If your arrival is before August 4 and you are checking into El Conquistador upon arrival. The process is as follows: Upon your arrival to Puerto Rico, please proceed to Baggage Claim to pick up your belongings and exit the airport, where you should find the booth for “Hotel El Conquistador.” There, identify yourself as a hotel guest and personnel will indicate where to proceed for transportation to the hotel. A shuttle bus to the hotel leaves this area every 20 minutes. Note: During peak times, there is an additional hotel booth inside the Baggage Claim area where you can go.
Transportation from the airport to the Hotel El Conquistador is NOT included in the following cases:
- For accompanying guests not registered to event as participants: In this case, your guest can accompany you on the shuttle bus as indicated above, but since they are not registered participants of the event, you will be charged (on your hotel bill upon check out) for the service. The cost is $35 one way.
- If you arrive before August 4 and are NOT checking into the Hotel El Conquistador until August 4, you will need to make your own arrangements to your hotel.
DEPARTURES:
Transportation from the Hotel El Conquistador to the airport IS included in the event “Registration Fee” regardless of departure date.
Transportation from Hotel El Conquistador to the airport is NOT included under the following circumstances:
- For accompanying guests not registered to event as participants: In this case, as with the arrival, your guest can accompany you on the shuttle bus, but since they are not registered participants of the event, you will be charged (on your hotel bill upon check out) for the service. The cost is $35 one way.
- If you stay in Puerto Rico for additional nights at a hotel other than El Conquistador.
FLIGTH TRANSPORTATION:
All participants are responsible for flights to our Partner Summit.
